I do not take a deposit for your stay prior to arrival  but I do have a 5 day cancellation policy

If you cancel less than 5 days of your booking, you will be charged for the room unless I manage to resell it. You will not be expected to pay. Unfortunately if not I will have to charge your card. 

 

Wayside has public parking across the road from the guest house. Cars are left at owners risk. This is not the responsibility of Wayside Cottage. 

 

Payment should be made before your arrival. 

You will be given the door entry code before your arrival date. 

Your room will be allocated and your key will be in the door of your room.

 

Check in  from 3pm onwards. 

Check out  no later than 10am

 

Please leave key in box before you leave. If keys are lost are taken from property there will be an additional charge to replace room keys or locks.

 

Non-smoking or vaping in all rooms and throughout the property 

 

We have free WiFi. The highlands' Wi-Fi is not as fast as the city hotels. Please be patient. 

 

Quite hours are from 10pm till 7am 

 

Children under 18 will not be able to check in themselves

 

This will be the responsibility of the 

Lead person on the booking for the family suite 

 

If you have any issues please let me know as soon as possible, so i can rectify the problem straight away.
